Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan's Honoured Transport Worker" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi'na Miyneti Sin’gen Transport Xi’zmetkeri/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasına Miyneti Sin’gen Transport Xızmetkeri /Қарақалпақстан Республикасына Мийнети Сиңген Транспорт Хызметкери).

This Title is the twenty-second highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).
Notice the die break on the coat of arms on the reverse which is a feature of all the Titles issued late in the production run (the same die was used for the reverse of all the Titles so the break is on all of some)

The Title is awarded sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’na miyneti sin’gen transport xi’zmetkeri» -respublika transporti’n rawajlandi’ri’wda, transport qurallari’n paydalani’wdi’n’, jollardi’ quri’w ha’m ekspluataciyalawdi’n’ na’tiyjeliligin artti’ri’wda ayri’qsha xi’zmetleri bar, usi’ tarawda, a’dette keminde 15 ji’l islegen avtomobil, temir jol, hawa, da’rya, qalali’q transportti’n’, jollardi’ quri’w ha’m paydalani’wdi’n’, woqi’w wori’nlari’ni’n’, ilimiy-izertlew ma’kemelerinin’, joybarlaw sho’lkemlerinin’, sonday-aq basqa da transport ka’rxanalari’ni’n’ xi’zmetkerlerine beriledi."
