Help wanted: Trying to match a cap with a tunic

I am trying to match this cap with a tunic.

Cap: Based on my limited knowledge, this cap is for both winter service and parade wear. The gold cords and lack of metal leaves on the visor indicates it was for junior officer. Interior maker's label has stamped inscription from the factory "Fabrika Golovnykh Uborov", City Odessa, Ukraine SSR, and the year of manufacture, 1991.

Tunic:
For Navy junior officer (lieutenant)
with black background shoulder boards
not sure the year, but seems to be 1980s

Does it look legit (USSR period, not post Soviet made) and does it fit with the cap?

Yes - the cap goes with the jacket.
You just need pants, shirt and tie and you're ready to go to sea.

As a side note: In 1988 uniform regulations, I think also junior officers had golden decorations on the visor for parade wear.
