I just a couple months ago started collecting Soviet decorations, mainly civilian orders. I bought this Red Star from a reputable seller at eBay and to my novice eyes it looks genuine, but I'd like to hear your opinions because my mind tends to get paranoid without getting the thumbs up from a more experienced person.

I like it, especially the flared edges of the star, a characteristic of Red Stars in this serial number range.
