Explanation of what?
Haven't quite understood what you mean.
And of course I don't have any problem with posting this pictures here.
Since I've posted it on one of the Russian forums it belongs to everyone:D
Cheers:thumbsup

I won't translate all of it. In general it says:

"In May 1942 Kolomeizev received under his command rifle battalion. Before that, he was adjutant of the battalion. In January same year, during German offensive on the "Selo Rubejnoe", Germans tried to cut off one of the battalion platoons. Kolomeizev was with this platoon. Under his command they strike German forces from the flanks, so the enemy had to flee, leaving 20 soldiers dead and wounded.
During this period, the battalion held the offensive on the "Petrovskoe" and "Krasnoe" and Kolomeizev with group of soldiers and machine gun hold it left flank.
11 June 1942 enemy concentrated large forces that exceeded by many times defensive forces of battalion, under command of Kolomeizev, with the support of tanks and aviation. Battalion command let the German tanks to get close to the distance of 200-300 meters and then opened deadly fire on them and the infantry, that supported the offensive. As a result 10 tanks were destroyed and nearly 300 soldiers."

Hope it is readable:D And it was before Stalingrad.

Here is the original citation in colour. A little more readable but rather faint.
