О продлении срока содержания под стражей. Рассмотрел следственное дело №6018 -
1. Тер-Мкрты-Чяна, Аршака
2. Мейранджяна, Хачика
3. Исмайлова, Иман Сулейман Оглы

5. Гусейнова, Азиз Гасан Оглы

по обвинению - первых двух по ст. 109 УК ССР Армении и остальных по ст. ст. 87, 112 и 113 УК АССР/ Азербайджана / в преступлении выразившемся - в систематическом нарушении госграницы. к/б и в создании организации - по нелегальной переправе через госграницу - разных лиц.
Принимая во внимание истечение срока предварительного содержания под стражей, но в виду не прибытия обвиняемых / идут этапом из Эривани и Нахичевани / - которых по целому ряду вопросов - необходимо допрашивать, а также - окончатально выявить в процессе следствия - все детали - нелегальной переправы/ не выявленных на места/, считаю необходимым возбудить ходатайство перед прокурором ЗАКГПУ - о продлении всем обвиняемым срока предварительного содержания под стражей - еще на один месяц.

- on charges of first two on article 109 of the criminal code of the Armenian SSR and the rest on articles 87, 112 and 113 of the criminal code of the Azerbaijan ASSR - the crime expressed in the systematic violation of the state border and in the creation of an organisation - for the illegal crossing of the state border - different people.
Taking into account the expiration of the period of pre-trial detention, but not referring to the arrival of the accused are coming from Erivan and Nakhichevan/ which on many different issues - need to be interrogated, as well - leading to reveal during the investigation - all the details - the illegal crossings/unidentified sites, consider it necessary to bring a petition to the prosecutor of the Transcaucasus State Political Directorate - the detention of all accused period of pre-trial detention in custody - for one more month.

Here is the following order from the next day (4th June 1929) which shows the men were in custody from the 15th May. This was a period when Berija and his GPU were focusing very much on destroying any infiltration from Turkey or Persia.

So, when will you post the paper where Berija pays these guys to poison Stalin's tea?

Haha, aber doch, the blokes were just let free after a while?

I don't have any other papers from the case but somehow I doubt this had a happy ending. I do have a full NKVD case file I will be posting later that ended badly for the suspect.
