Badge "10 Years Of The Head Department Of Prison Guard Of The RSFSR".

This a Workers and Peasants Prison Guards Badge for over seven years exemplary service awarded in 1927 on the anniversary of 10 years of the anniversary of the revolution.

This badge came in two types one was inscribed for the police and Militia and this one for the Prison Guards Service.

I think the Prison badge is a lot harder to find than the militia

There may be more to know about this badge
