Fake Capture of Budapest Award Certificate
Hi! I would like to have an opinion on this document, which is for a Capture of Budapest medal. I have the impression that the same signature is now used on brand new awards (honestly proposed as newly assigned) possibly from Umalatova. Due to this, I was a bit skeptical in considering this docuemnt as an original.

Of course it is always difficult to evaluate paper documents from photographs, however it is important for me to know that the signature is credible and, in principle, the document could be original. Thanks for your opinion, desantnik.

The document serial number is out of alignment when compared to the example on the MONDVOR site. The rest looks fairly convincing so not sure whether this makes it a fake or not!
