Medal "Brigade Of Special Purpose "Kal'mius"".

Here is the Medal "Brigade Of Special Purpose "Kal'mius"", a state award of the People's Republic Of Donetsk.

The "Kal'mius" are the elite troops of the DPR and have been key participants in the Battles For Donetsk Airport and Saur-Mogilu (amongst others). The Kal'mius were heavily involved in the actions in the area where Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 came to its end.

There is a great deal of mystery, disinformation and propaganda surrounding this unit so accurate details are difficult to come across.
