Merit Medal Of Civil Defence.
The Merit Medal Of Civil Defence (Verdienstmedaille Der Zivilverteidigung) was founded on 16th September 1970 in three class. Originally only 30 Gold, 50 Silver and 150 Bronze were to be awarded per annum but this restriction was lifted in 1978.
Here is a Silver Class.
