"Honour Badge" Ministry Of Internal Affairs.
Going through this state security collection that I am helping to break up I found this nice cased badge; I am assuming its for the Bulgarian KGB...any ideas?

Now we go back to pre-1969 when both the KDS and MVR were separate. These are also screw-back only.

The smaller badge, without enamel, is a companion piece to the Jubilee Medal "45 Years of Ministry of Interior" (1989). The emblem on both items is the final version of the MVR seal- attached is the earlier version of the honour badge featuring the emblem used first by the KDS, which united with the MVR (Internal Ministry) in 1969.
