Fake Propaganda Leaflet

Anyone knows what this is and what it says?

It's German propaganda leaflet.

In such papers Germans were trying to convince Soviet soldiers to give up fighting and either to surrender or to form partizan groups to fight communists.

I am almost certain it's a fake. I have been offered those leaflets many times as fakes, and most of them had the same color paper and same "burned" edges. They are printed in the Ukraine. This one is probably an older fake (4-6 years old), because recently they have switched mostly to anti-semitic leaflets.
