Fake Submariner Badges

Hello everybody,

a friend of mine has brought along this nice submarine badge.

I`d like to know, if it is a real badge for crew members of the (I think) Oscar II - class submarine "Orel", or if it`s just one of these cheap tourist souvenir things.
