There is one for sale at the moment on E! listed at 100$ from a new US seller. It is offered with E! Buyer's protection so your purchase is covered in case of problem.

I just got my mail today, it came in, perfect condition, brand new, sent USPS Priority Mail, very well pleased.

Great book, eh? The physical quality of it is impressive. And while some specifics may be out of date it's still the best reference book for Soviet awards, ever. I still use it, on an almost daily basis.
Both authors should be very proud of their work.
