Chest Badge "For Distinction In Service".
Here is the Chest Badge "For Distinction In Service" (Нагрудний Знак "За Відзнаку В Службі") of the Ministry Of Internal Affairs. Created c1995 and reaffirmed on 13th January 2013 as the third highest award Badge of the MVS. Made by the L'vov Jewellery Factory.
Unlike most award Badges this has a ribbon if the recipient wishes to not wear the actual Badge.
