Badge "20 Years Of Tiraspol Juridical Institute MVD PMR".

This beautiful, large and well made badge is one of the few badges that bears an image of someone other than Suvorov... in this case, Kutuzov, surrounded by "Tiraspol Legal Institute, MVD, PMR". Somewhat difficult to come by.
