Order of Przhevalskij - did it really exist?

Hello
Some time ago I was reading another publication on the topic "Was Stalin Przevalskiy's son (or bastard, if You like)?" and came across a note that Stalin has established Order of Przevalskiy (Non-military award, but I don't know other place where I can ask). I have never heard of it and none of the people I know who have some knowledge on the Soviet medals (including Russians) were unable to tell me if such award realy existed.
So, is it just some kind of mistake (or lie), or the award existed?

Would be glad to know the answer.

Yet another myth, and stupid one, I must say.

Guys,

Belive it or not, but the theory of Przhevalsky's fatherhood was seriously debated after Stalin's death. It was known that he had visited Gori in the late 1870s, and many found that Stalin had similar features. Eventually somebody had found documents suggesting that Przhevalsky had left Gori at least 2 or 3 years before little Soso's birth. I must add that despite the evidence this theory still has supporters.

Order of Przhevalsky is of course a joke
