Just got word of another brutal robbery in Ulanbaatar, apparently focused on awards.

Just found this post (maybe to late to user) but I checked my registry
Order of Sukhbaatar 166 was rewarded to Voroshilov, Klement Efremovich, Marshal USSR 29.5.1957 (together w/ Hero of MPR) why this order was in Ulaanbaatar???? I don’t understand.
