Naval transport aviation badge

Here is a nice badge that I have had for some time, it came mounted on a navy uniform. Anyone that has any ideas on what it stands for? We can see the navy flag on top, a globe and some transport plane. On the bottom is some symbol that I cannot recognize. The badge is multi-piece and has a small screwback plate on thin screw. No mint mark.
