Here are my 2 newest purchases. I have the 3rd class with 4th emission and 2nd emission.

Bulgarian awards are among the fastest growing in terms of price, especially the KDS and MVR (the former more than the latter). You are lucky in that many of them can still be found with documents for very reasonable prices.:thumbsup

20th Anniversary of the organs of KDS is the one you want. I've never seen a document for it but the medal will cost the same as 100 or more 20th anniversary of the army or internal ministry. I've only ever seen 3 for sale and even when I had "name your price" it took me over two years to acquire one.

These were not made in large numbers, Some were hand made by jewellers and others were made in larger numbers but not by the 100s. I've seen a few 1st Class with Swords and 3rd Class with Swords for sale recently, You want to be looking at $400-800 for the 1st Class with Swords and maybe $150-$200 for the 3rd Class with swords although there are some dealers who would ask gold bars for them. They are easy to find for sale, less easy to find for a fair price. They are the equivalent to the 5 piece construction Orders "People's Freedom 1941-1944" which sell for $80-120 (2nd Class) and $180-$240 (1st Class) all of which were bespoke I believe. When I finally work out how to use my camera (or find a better one) I will take apart some early BG Orders to show construction.

My new Order of 9 September 1944, Badge III class, first issue, with swords and original box. Vassil Levsky initials and manufactured by Starahil Miloschev.
