The Flag of military - space forces. The flag is authorised by the Order of Minister of Defence of Russia from 8th August 1996.
I have learned that the flag of the commander of military space forces is unique, in that on the staff there is a metal plaque with the engraved name of the commander and dates of his stay on a post. The Flag of the commander is in his personal study (original), and also is used in various ceremonies with participation of the commander, decorates his vehicles.
