For Labour Distinction,40442,Chairman Of Pahta-Abad Collective Farm,Tashkent Oblast
Here is Medal "For Labour Distinction" #40442.
I have made a contact via a post-USSR Government in the last week that has informed me that I can research Labour awards through them by serial number. Hopefully all of these serial numbered awards will be matched up to their recipient and deed soon - I have been given a 30 day waiting period so time will tell.
