Well to me it looks better than the other one, but I would never buy a such medal from eBay. During my time in collecting I have owned two such pieces, both bought from reputable sellers. eBay is good - if you want just a copy. But then, pay accordingly.

This one is for sale at eBay. I believe the seller is a member of the forum, perhaps we could get some further information on this most precious award?

Nowhere does the seller claim this is a "foreigner's" 100th Anniversary Lenin medal.

He also offers the following "guarantee."

"Our 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is your assurance that we stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied for some valid reason (for example shipping damage), you may return the item for a full refund within 5 days after receiving the item. All items must be returned in original condition."

Meaning that if you buy it *thinking* it's the rare medal, that's *not* a "valid" reason for returning it. And anyway, good luck proving it got back to Estonia in five days... :rolleyes:

I would *never* buy anything from this seller.

There is something I´d like to know. For the most expert eyes, is this a photoshopped picture or a physically altered award? It´s very hard to tell from this picture.
