He is shown wearing an unknown order (at least to me..) .

Can you ID this order ?

Looks Ukrainian, but... Looks like the Duchy of Baden's Order of the Zähringen Lion, but...

Thanks to a Member of another Forum, this order has been identified.

It is the Honour Badge "Nicolai Nikitich Demidov" (Николай Никитич Демидов) of the non-governmental "International Demidov's Fund" association.
This badge awarded for contributions to defence, army, aviation and navy.
There are 9 awards with different portraits on the central medallions. Awards named in honour of members of Demidov's family

On 15 January 2001, the International Demidovsky Fund (МДФ), has founded awards of Fund for special (outstanding) merits in strengthening: the Russian statehood, economy, science, formation and culture, defense of Russia.
