Medals "For Honourable Service To The Armed Forces Of The People's Republic".

The Medals "For Honourable Service To The Armed Forces Of The People's Republic Of Bulgaria" were founded 18th July 1959 to replace the Order "Red Banner" and Medal "For Military Merit" as long service awards. Very similar to the award structure in the Soviet Union.

1st Class Type 2 (Old Coat Of Arms Ring angled).
