Medal "15 Years Of SOBR-OMSN".

Here is the Medal "15 Years Of SOBR-OMSN" (Медаль «15 Лет СОБР-ОМСН») of Kursk Oblast. SOBR-OMSN translates as "Special Detachment Of Rapid Response-Detachment Of Militia Of Special Purpose".

A high quality award featuring the Kursk Oblast coat of arms on the reverse.
