Order for Service to the Homeland + Red Star Group
Recent sale of a single award on this forum:
http://www.soviet-awards.com/forum/s...-research.html And what went wrong with this award as it miraculously turned into a group: I'd appreciate a clarification by the person who bought it on this forum and sold it on to another dealer from whom I acquired it. I read your story on the other forum Bob.
As I understand it, Alex was also played and I guess he is also looking for a serious explanation. What happened to you is totally wrong, bad and not acceptable. |

Art, Guys,
I think all of this means that there is a rotten apple among us. Dave sold an order with research to Mark Signa Bob bought a fake group from Alex N I think that it is imperative to clarify what happened to the order in the in-between. If Mark S and Alex N did deal directly, it means that either Alex made up the group or that Mark sold it to him that way. In other terms, someone was not honest, and does not deserve to be a member of this (or any other) forum. Just my opinion of course, but this matter is highly disturbing as the problem seems to be coming "from the inside". Marc |

Something is seriously rotten here and needs clarification. Some really bad stuff has happened and the point of contagion needs to be identified.
To be honest, the nature of the "hobby" is changing so quickly and so poisonously that it is all very depressing. :thumbsdown |

First: Alex doesn’t deserve ANY KIND of audition and don’t need to give ANY explanations on this matter!
Second: First time, in August last year, I had this qroup in my possession for couple month and then, trade it with local Chicagoland dealer. Then, in one of the militaria shows,in February-March, I bought this group back with long service medals and Order of Red Star added . Seller, dealer from Minnesota ( I even have his card somewhere ) requested additional research and receive more copies of documents and Order of Red Star. I added couple medals and badges to this group, but I don’t see anything wrong with THAT! |

Hi
Hi
I Sold This Group To Bob And I Am Fully Responsible For That, He Will Get His Money Back This Group Change Hands So Many Times It Will Be Very Hard To Find A Person Who Added Items To It, I Am The Last Person Who Had This Group In Possetion So Let Me Worry About That I Think It Is More Important That Bob Is Getting This Situation Resolved Thank You Alex |

Thank you for your replies.
Alex was straight away (i.e. also before this thread) already clear to me about providing a full refund - credits to him regarding that. The path this group took in between leaving Dave's hands and coming into Alex' possession in a deal with Mark is clearly a disturbing one... |

Quite disturbing (at best). At least Alex is doing the honest thing here. As far as others go, . . . .
