Found another one of these on the web.
Ribbon chart at Orders and Medals of the Hungarian People's Republic 1949-1989 suggests that this is the Distinguished Labor Decoration founded in 1977 (Kivaló Munkáért kitüntetõ jelvény) Simon |

Though not a badge but, rather, a medal, the Kivalo Munkaert, or Distinguished Labour Medal (1977) deserves to be shown here. Not rare at all, but certainly attractive, it's in the original plastic case.

Here is the Excellent Worker Honour Badge. Often confused for a Medal as it has the usual triangular suspension and multi-piece construction which is of higher quality than many of the Medals.
A nice heavy piece.
