here are the missing parts of the citation (front and reverse). In contrast to the implementation of a government job and displaying courage worthy of awarding the Medal of Ushakov. Vice Admiral Sorokin For the exemplary performance of government jobs to implement the hike atomnoi underwater submarine K-181 to the northern strip and shown perseverance and courage atom military skill intercede on awarding the Medal of Ushakov.
