That's my little homage to the period news reports of the time. Those magnificent men in their military machines. It is amazing how much military terminology or at least the commonly used terminology has changed over the last 75 years. Who talks of Land Ships (Tanks), Flying Machines (Fighter Aeroplanes) and Robots (Unmanned vengeance weapons) these days? All commonplace back when.

Participation in the Civil War, subsequent military activity in defence of the USSR and Patriotic War /where, when/ Patriotic War from 1941, Western, Steppe, 2nd and 3rd Ukrainian Fronts 8. Despite of close by falling shells his personal example of moving the machine to cover, saving the automobile and kitchen, provided the personal staff in a timely manner with hot meals. Comrade Tjul'pin is worthy of the Governmental award Order "Patriotic War 2nd Class" Commander 40th Separate Guards Mortar Section Hero Of The Soviet Union Guards Major Opolev. 2nd May 1945
