This may be slightly off-topic, but I was wondering if anyone came across good reference books or booklets for modern Russian awards?

I have this booklet, and it is part of the "home made" references. It has many mistakes, and information that was availeble in 1999 is not included.

There are most of the Umalatova medals there. It is low price item, and the only one in English, so you could decide if you want it.

Just got this great book on Ministry level medals for Russia. In addition to being a nice compendium, it is also attractively designed and of high quality printing.
