Funny 1959 Document.

This is my Father document.
The story is: after WWII and Jap War my father was in Chita(Чита).
What he did in Moscow he does not remember now. But he was arested there for not "saluting" to officer and wearing "kobmineson". He was Старший Сержант. After arrest he was given this paper(which he supposed to give to his CO in Chita, so, his CO will punish him) and released.
Apparently he did not(or how do I have this paper?).

Lavrik, a "kombinezon" in English is a long, one-piece article of clothing like coveralls or overalls. Maybe he was out of uniform in civilian work clothes???
