The obverse says: Winer of .... Shift (hard to see, looks like Malakhov Shift). I have no idea what is Malakhov Shift :confused:
The reverse: Lenin's Communist Union of Youth of Ukraine

Tal, I am not sure if I read it correctly, but I see "Stakhanovskoy", which will make it an award for an exceptionnally very productive worker.... a "Stakhanovite".

If this is the case, this is very interesting. This is kind of the very best of the very best workers.
