Please help with ID of Air Marshal!

Greetings-

I recently acquired this Air Marshal and I'd like to identify who it belonged to. He was well decorated, though he doesn't appear to have been an ace or anything like that, as most of his awards are post-WW2. He has three Lenins, three Red Banners, two Patriotic War 1st Class (one jubilee) and three Red Stars. I unfortunately don't have any references on Air Marshals, so I'm grasping at straws trying to ID this guy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that he ever became a Chief Marshal of Aviation. Do you know of any lists of regular "Marshals of Aviation" out there?

from what i remember the buttons are dated 1966, which might narrow it down.

I.I. Pstigo - No, HSU
E.Ya. Savitski - No, HSU
N.M. Skomorohov - No, HSU
F.A. Agalitsov - No, HSU
N. Skripko - No, had Suvorov, etc.
