Dzerzhinskiy Badge - fantasy badge?

Another fake??

"20th Anniversary badge. Brass over lead construction with red enamelled front depicting OGPU (KGB) founder "Felix Dzerzhinskiy". Shield style. Screw back. 26 mm tall".

I looked at the "blue book" by kutsenko, and there is NOTHING like it. My guess - a fantasy piece.

This badge commemorates 20th anniversary of an MVD Internal Troops unit. Some of those badges are real cheap and ugly, but I believe it is authentic.
