Identification of a cap
I have this black cap at home. Looks like a Ministry of Forestry-cap but the band is "fluffy" or how you say it, its not like the fabric on top.
Guess the wings is fantasy but how about the badge? The band is black, ribbon green, top dark blue or maybe black.
