Unknown Order.

I was looking at an Azeri website today and found pictures of the three orders already shown clumped with this one. Any one have any idea what this is?

Yes I know a picture helps!

I'll have to look at a few different sources, but I can say what is probably obvious - it is very old.:)

I think the date on the top may be just a bit of a give away as to date. The Azeri site this picture was on didn't name any of the AzSSR orders but pictured the three we already have identified here and this one. The fact that this is a drawing too doesn't really suggest that this is the most common of awards.

CtahhR,

I do not know what this one is, but I can tell you what it is not: Azerbaidjan ORB or ORBL in their various variations. IMHO it is not an order but rather some badge.

That's the site I got the picture from which leads me to believe it's an Order... Might not be but that's what I infer from it.
