Hello Everyone, I was wondering if you could give me a little help with this badge. I pick it up in a box of soviet and east german items. Does anyone know what this badge is for? and how old it is?

This one was awarded to Rumen Stefanov Kamburov on 12th July 1964 as a "Radio-Telegraphist" in Military Unit 10390.

Second Class and the trio together.
Military Unit 10390 was the Switchboard Training Battalion at Nikopol which would fit very well with his class specialisation.
