Vietnamese Uniform.

Hello, I was given a box of uniforms from a friend of mine. In box was a number of different uniforms. Most of which I could identity but this one. I have no idea about. Would anyone know what it is and how old it is? Any comments are welcome.

North Vietnamese? Do you happen to know when it dates from? the 1960s, 1970s, maybe even the 1980s?
