Re: Something nefarious, or just a grumpy ebay seller?

The sole "Please if for any reason you have any doubts , please do not bid . I am not looking for any kind of mental gymnastic" is reason enough for me to stay away. I wouldn´t buy from that kind of shm**k. Who does he think he is to answer like that to a potential customer?

Well, I guess Eric was "wright" in the first place. lol

I've bumped into lots and lots of these. The Chinese dealers on the market of DPRK items are REALLY bad!

Unless you're a regular and know the guys, you'll certainly end up a bit confused.

I'd mail him back with a drawing of a man putting some dollars up another mans ass and thank him for advice.

Re: Something nefarious, or just a grumpy ebay seller?

Sounds like someone isn't happy they got caught. The use of the word "wright" is a quite obvious sign that it is the same person both times.

If I had a choice between sticking the money where the sun don't shine or giving it to rip off con merchants I'd be rolling up 2 $100 bills!

It is nice to know that this "merchant" has now been brought to more public attention.

I hope ebay is getting a nice report too.

These guys cover each other - if you want to kill an hour look through the "feedback" and notice the mutual admiration society. Convenient way for out of NA suppliers of fakes to get their goods into the country without the red flag of buying from Ukraine, Baltics, etc.

I keep good old greg and others in my saved sellers, with comments such as:

"Accomplished faker, all forgeries, Australian"
"Only sells fakes"
"Sells fakes, especially documents"
"All fakes, all the time."
"Sells fakes, documents altered/forged"

That way over the years I don't forget who's who.

IMHO What Greg needs is a date, and I think I have found the the perfect person,

Same city, same hobby... It's a match made in the baltics.

Just felt like dropping in. But yes I have dealt with these types of dealers in the past as well. Now a days when it comes to Soviet items I wont buy from anyone from Eastern Europe period. There are just too headaches once you go past check point charlie.
