NB ( Sukhumi is the capital of Abkhazia (rarity), a small region of Georgia, the Georgian characters you can see in the stamp )

A good badge! :thumbsup But I think that in 1970-s these badges should be made of aluminum already. That's why I think that the document is taken from the other badge. And in fact, Sukhumi was one of the most favourite places of Soviet people to spend their vacations. I have been to Abkhazia with my parents when i was six, as well.

I agree with you the badge must have a screwplate so this means
that is an early badge with an old doc but is ok
Badges are more easy to find compared with docs..
Specially docs of Abkhazia ;)
