Medal "Participant In The Struggle With The Elements On The Amur".

Here is the Medal "Participant In The Struggle With The Elements On The Amur" (Медаль «Участнику Борьбы Со Стихией На Амуре»). Founded on 17th September 2013 by Order #665. Awarded to the military personnel that fought against the flooding of the Amur, which was said to be the worst for 300 years. One Russian Federation serviceman lost his life during the struggle.
