Cross Of Remembrance.
The Cross Of Remembrance (Крьсть За Споменъ) was instituted on 7th July 1887 and awarded to participants in the enthronement of the new Knjaz of Bulgaria. The Cross was split into 3 classes. 699 1st Class, 1019 2nd Class and 475 3rd Class Crosses were awarded.
Here is a 3rd Class Cross with a replacement ribbon.
