Medal "90 Years Of The Foundation Of The Armed Forces Of The U.S.S.R."

As I'm sure most veteran collectors out there may be aware, there are post-Soviet "Soviet" awards still being issued by the former Presidium of the Supreme Soviet. Even though these are not recognized by the Russian government. What are you opinions on these? Are any of these even collectable? I've taken a look at some of these. And honestly, the only medals I would even think to get would be the anniversary medals commemorating 80, and 90 years of the Soviet Armed forces and the October Revolution. If nothing else I think they make great conversational pieces.
