Starshina Bojan Arsov Vasilev.
Here is a group to Bojan Arsov Vasilev. A participant in the "Patriotic War" who managed to obtain a full set of Ministry Of Internal Affairs long service Medals.

His "Patriotic War" Medal is rather late in award whereas his 20th Anniversary of MVR is quite early (3 days after institution).

Vasilev was awarded 2 "20th Anniversary Of Victory" Medals and one of which shows his rank as Junior Sergeant which means either he was demoted or held different ranks in the different Ministries. A nice autograph of Major-General Popov.
Only the single "40th" Medal but he was most likely retired from the MVR by this time, removing the dual ministry awards.
