Kishinev Police Academy Badges

Very interesting and unusual piece. I just learned that the "K" in "КССШМ" could be one of five different academies (in this case "Kишиневская" or Chisinau, as you said - correct?).

I've only seen that badge before in M.A. Rogov's The History of Awards and Honors of the MVD in Russia (p. 347) just as until today, I had only seen pictures of these two. The first one, I know is MVD, but what level or type of educational institution would have such a heavy three-piece construction badge is not known to me. I'm sure lots of you out there know this one by sight, so if you could shed a little light, it would be appreciated.

The second is another badge I just received today and have been trying to find for several years now - the 50th anniversary of the Military Tribunals.

Here's another badge related to Post #1, supposedly of earlier manufacture.

This is the second of six anniversary badges (the other is in post #1) that were issued at the Chisinau MVD school. (Rogov The History of Awards and Honors of the MVD in Russia 347)
And as the book says: "SSSHM also been set up in 1944 after the liberation of Moldova from the German troops to prepare nachsostava militsii.S 1957 School re-profiled in SSSSHM for immediate investigation of workers with two-year training and issuing diplomob of secondary education. In October 1977 KSSSHM the Soviet Interior Ministry assigned name Dzerzhinsky and in 1991 it n Yield-Use of the imperative of Interior Ministry of the Moldavian SSR.

These are for our intrepid and vigilant moderator who started this thread. I found these on a non-auction site and despite the prices, I had to have them. I hope other badge collectors will enjoy.

The first picture is of a participant badge in the 1974 All-Union MVD Command Conference held in Kishinev. The second photo is of the badge from the picture in post #4 of the 40th anniversary of the Kishinev "F.E. Dzerzhinsky Special Militia/Police Higher School."
