Is this real ?

"Soviet Union KGB Special service ( Funeral service ) officer service breast badge (Funeral service of Higher ranks Communist Party and Goverment workers) . VERY RARE. Alluminum.Safety pin back. Measurements 6 x 3 cm. "

on eBay, everything turns KGB.

I have never seen such badge, but the story itself isn't very improbable and at the same time it's quite unlikely someone would make up such story.
It doesn't look soviet, but those leaves (wreath around the emblem) are similar to ones seen on soviet badges.
Maybe it's a modern piece?
