Identify captured banner

This banner was captured (ok, actually purchased for about $5.00) from a military store in Rovno, Ukraine (when it was still CCCP) while I was a missionary to Central (Eastern) Europe in 1991.

BTW, for those interested, the missionary group I was with actually smuggled a whole printing press into the USSR during the early 80's (bits welded to parts of vehicles, ink in bladders carried in by older Russian women) to print Bibles and tracts.

Can anyone identify this banner and tell me a bit more about it?

I would guess that it may be some sort of Komsomoł banner?
But let's see what others say

Standard 1970's / 1980's civilian award flag; given to factories and such for meeting goals, etc. Nicer than the silk ones.

But see, that's the problem. I wouldn't know where to begin trying to price one of these things. I have scoured eB?y looking for something similar but not finding it.

Anyone got a ballpark figure as to what this should fetch? Not that I am wanting to sell it but wondering what my investment is currently returning.

The price on these varies, but $100 would be very low, $300 tops. I got mine in 1990 for $90 when stuff started to come over in drips...i thought it was the most amazing item i ever saw and had it in my college dorm room for the next few years ( pain to hang though!). Identical to yours; even with all my sales and trades I have never let it go.
