MONDVOR Books?

I just saw on the internet a series of two books that are reference books on Soviet awards, entitled "MONDVOR." Has anyone physically seen these books before? Until about 20 minutes ago I had never heard of them. Opinions? Do they exist to buy?

do not buy!! its just a printed version of the mondvor site.

Just a few words about this book.
Neither myself nor my co-author Igor Pak have any relationship to this book. This book appeared on the market several month ago, but I have no idea who published it. The author's name (Soloviev) is fake. All information and pictures just copied from our web-site without our permission. And this is not the first time when it happened. Few years ago CD version of our web-site was for sale in Kiev.
I just do not undertstand people who buy it. Why they pay money when all information is availavble for free on the Internet? Also the book has obsolete version of a web-site. I update it once a month, so the newest version is available from the web only.

Curious!

The way I found them was that I was thinking about suggesting to Andrew (aka "the real MONDVOR") that he should set up a site in English on a US-based server (to speed things up a bit) and as I was searching around, I found this website! Amazing what one finds when they follow up on a strange idea! :dissapoint

Dave, thanks for a suggestion. The main problem here is to translate all the information from Russian into English. Just on HSU section it is about 25 pages :(

I couldn't agree more, especially the 'speed things up' part.
What about taking up a collection to help move the site to a faster server??? I'd help.
