Badge "Excellent Marksman".
Here is an early PRB Badge "Excellent Marksman". This "Excellent" Badge is very much in the same style as imperial Bulgarian "Excellence" Badges which were based on German designs of the Great War. This design was rather short lived and replaced with a more Soviet design.
