Four Campaign Medals in one grouping possible?

I saw this grouping on Ebay and wonder if it is even a possible combination.

What say you? The grouping sold for about 430 dollars.

Four campaign Medals are easy, specially if you are part of the staff or a driver. This Canadian Life Saving Medal group (or a strangely similar one) has been knocking about for some time.

A fair price in my opinion. This group has been on eBay for a ridiculously high "buy it now" price for years, but apparently they switched it to an auction format. If I recall correctly, this group was awarded to a foreigner and also had a photo of the recipient and some other paperwork.

I did not know these additional details. If awarded to a foreigner and documented as such, then it is more in line, I agree.
